Family: Empowered and sent

Jesus is the Good News, and He invites us to follow Him and be His disciples. That's our job: to be His disciples and to make disciples, according to Matt. 28. He didn't expect us to do it on our own, so He gave us the gift of the Holy Spirit. We do not have the power to transform hearts and lives-that's His job. We're invited to follow, letting Him direct our steps and giving us what we need as His disciples. Consider speaking this simple prayer as a family as you prepare for the final three days of 21 Days of Prayer + Fasting: "God, where You lead us, we will go."
